Lunch Catering Sample Menus
Grilled spice rubbed chicken thighs and legs with our house-made blueberry BBQ sauce.
Corn and Heirloom Tomato Salad
Farmers market corn and heirloom tomatoes with roasted shishito peppers, edible petals and fresh herbs.
Milt’s Famous Potato Salad
Yukon gold creamers, green onion, bacon, buttermilk dressing.
(Can be made vegetarian upon request.)
Mac and Cheese
Bechamel with smoked gouda, havarti and sharp cheddar. Baked until golden and bubbling.
Cowboy Beans
Rancho Gordo beans braised with onion, bell pepper and BBQ sauce.
THE Wedge Salad
Little gems topped with bacon, cherry tomato, watermelon radish, blue cheese, parsley, and chives. Served with blue cheese dressing or vinaigrette on the side.
Summery Green Salad
Organic spring mix , watermelon, mint, tomato, Persian cucumber, feta and petals. Citrus vinaigrette.
Smoky grilled chicken thigh rubbed with achiote, ancho chile, oregano and orange juice.
Carnitas
Pork shoulder braised with citrus, oregano, guajillo chile and garlic.

Mexican street corn salad made of roasted grilled corn and a dressing of mayo, cotija cheese, fresh lime juice, cilantro, green onion and spices.

Grilled zucchini and squash with garlic, onion, poblano peppers, corn and oregano.

Spanish style rice cooked in tomato, onion and garlic.
Citrus Jicama Salad
Grapefruit, young jicama, cucumber, torn mint, petals and pepitas. Served with a citrus vinaigrette.
Mexican Slaw
Cabbage slaw with an ancho chile, cotija cheese and lime dressing.
Sliced grilled flank steak served with house-made chimichurri.
Spiced Chicken Braised with Figs
Chicken thigh rubbed with sumac and other spices then braised with Smyrna figs.

Served on a bed of roasted fennel.

Organic farro salad with torn kale, rainbow carrots, celery, watermelon radishes, feta cheese, chioggia beets, lemon juice and olive oil.
